Tour H2 - Holy Land Tour
10 days / 9 Nights Tel Aviv, Hafia, Jerusalem, Mt. Zion, Bethlehem

Day 1 (Fri) - En Route
Upon arrival at Tel Aviv Airport, you will be met by our representative, assisted through formalities and transferred to your hotel in Tel Aviv.

Day 2 (Sat) - Tel Aviv
Day at leisure in Tel Aviv. Overnight at your hotel in Tel Aviv.. (B)

Day 3 (Sun) - Diaspora Museum / Caesarea / Druize Village
Depart Tel Aviv and drive to the Diaspora Museum for a visit.Proceed along the coastal plain to Caesarea, the capital of Judea under the Romans. See the excavations of the crusader city and the Roman port the aquaeduct and the amphitheater that has been restored to its former glory as glory as a cocert venue. Continue via the Druize villages to Haifa. Overnight at your htel in Haifa. (B)

Day 4 (Mon) - Haifa / Safed / Golan Heights / Megiddo
Drive through the modern port city of Haifa where the tour will begin at the summit of Mount Carmel where you will take in breathtaking view of Haifa Bay and the Western Galilee, visit the Persian Garden at the Bahai Temple. From Haifa drive to Safed, the center of Jewish mysticism, where you will visit the ancient synagogues and the artest colony. Continue to the Golan Heights to see the former Syrian bunkers, Kuneitra and the new Israeli town of Katzrin. Overnight in a Kabbutz. (B)

Day 5 (Tue) - Tiberias / Capernaum / Nazareh / Beit Shean
Start the day with a visit of Tiberias, continue to Capernaum where you will see the ruins of the synagogue. and the octagonal church of St. Peter and proceed to to Nazareth where you will visit the Church of the Annunciation, St Joseph's workshop and St Mary's Well. Drive to Beit Shean and Beit Alpha to see the newly excavated city and the remains of the mosaic floor of an ancient synagogue depicting the zodiac. Overnight in Jerusalem. (B)

Day 6 (Wed) - Jerusalem the Old City / Mt Zion / Bethlehem
Today you shall visit the Old City of Jerusalem including the Mount of Olive, the church of All Nations, the tomb of King David and the room of the Last Supper in Mt Zion. You will also be able to enter the walled city and walk through the newly restored Jewish Quarter. Continue to visit the Roman Cardo, The Herodian Quarter and the Western Wall. Walk along the Via Dolorosa to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, to Mount Scopus and then to the Mount of Olives for a magnificent panoramic view of the Old City. In the afternoon drive to Bethlehem to visit the Church of Nativity, stopping at Rachel’s Tomb, Overnight in Jerusalem. (BD)

Day 7 (Thu) – Jerusalem The New City
Today you will visit the Hadassah Medical Center in Ein Kerem to see the Chagall stained glass windows. Continue to Yad Vahem Museum, which houses a great memorial to the Holocaust and onto the Israel Museum to see the Shrine of the Book where the Dead Sea Scrolls are housed. You will also visit the miniature model of Jerusalem as it was during the Second Temple period. View the Knesset, Israel's Parlament and the Givat Ram Campus of the Hebrew Univercity. Overnight in Jerusalem. (BD)

Day 8 (Fri) - Qumeran / Massada / Dead Sea
Drive through the Judean Desert to the Dead Sea, the lowest point on earth, almost 400 meters (1300 feet) below sea level. Stop at Qumran to visit the site where the Dead Sea Scrolls were found. Drive along the shores of the Dead Sea to Massada. Ascend by cable car to take a tour of the ancient fortress where the Zealots made their stand against the Romans before committing mass suicide in 73 AD. Descend by cable car. Return to Jerusalem for overnight. (BD)

Day 9 (Sat) - Jerusalem
Day at leisure in Jerusalem. Overnight at your hotel. (B)

Day 10 (Sun) – En Route
Transfer to Tel Aviv Airport for your departure.
